A figure appointed by the Client who follows the works execution ensuring compliance with the Legislative Decree 81/08.

Ferrarese Studio makes available this important professional figure through its personnel that is able to cover the role of responsible for construction who oversees and manages the various projects. Today we can see a particular increase in need relative to this important role.

Project Supervisor is an important figure provided by the law on Safety Construction.

By appointing this responsible for the execution of the works, all the functions of the client are delegated to him.

However the appointment of the project supervisor, who is the responsible of the client, is not mandatory.

If a project supervisor is not assigned, the same figure coincides with the client.

The person in charge of this role should ensure and respect all the safety and health conditions on the constructions sites in order to preserve health and safety of the workers. He should know very well the construction site and be able to identify possible dangers by indicating the correct steps to follow to solve or prevent them.
